At first glance, one might assume that it’s basically a deathtrap on wheels – and while that perception is not entirely unjustified; these tuk tuk drivers are a master of their wheels and know just how to control them through any and all situations; as we so found out. They’re also surprisingly capable of carrying quite a lot of bags & equipment. I mean, we had on each Tuk Tuk 2 surf boards, 2 massive suit cases, backpacks, camera stuff – no issues whatsoever.
Neither did we; until TripAdvisor suggested we check out this place. It turns out that Fried Ice cream is is called that because the cream is laid flat on to a pan-shaped thing and almost like one would cook scrambled eggs – it’s friend and pushed and chopped. Oh, of course – the pan is something like -60 degrees celcius; or something crazy like that. It’s so cold, it burns. Na’mean? 🙂 But holy shit, was this tasty! This man had basically any flavour you could imagine – Ferror Rocher? Oreo? Tutti Frutti – yup. So long as it exists, he can turn it into an ice cream flavour.
